University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center is seeking Surgical Technology professionals to join our team. We offer 5(8)s, 4(10)s and 3(12)s with call available, plus a $5k sign-on bonus for external candidates with 1+ years of experience and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new grad techs.

Qualifications

• Provide nursing care with age-specific interventions.
• Assist with patient care in a scrub role.
• Support operative procedures and equipment readiness.
• Ensure instruments and supplies are available and working.
• Deliver labeled medications with correct doses.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe age-specific nursing care to patients and families.
• Perform patient care in a primary scrub position during procedures.
• Assist with technical responsibilities in operative cases.
• Ensure instruments and supplies are ready and functional.
• Administer medications on the sterile field with proper dosing.
• Support the operative team and follow hand-off protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing learning and self-improvement.
