Who We're Looking For

1. Certified Surgical Technologist: Must hold a degree in Surgical Technology and be certified or eligible for certification through the NBSTSA. Certification through NCCT may be acceptable depending on the territory.
2. Adaptable and Travel-Ready: Comfortable driving to various locations and staying overnight when needed. All travel expenses are covered.
3. Excellent Communicator: Able to build strong relationships quickly with surgeons and teams.
4. Self-assured: Able to thrive in high-pressure environments with professionalism.
5. Organized and Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing equipment and administrative tasks.
6. Operating Room Experience: Ophthalmic experience is a plus but not required.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
2. Strong customer service and communication skills.
3. Basic computer skills for utilizing company devices.
4. Ability to develop interpersonal relationships with medical staff.
