Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in surgical technology from an accredited program.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in a related discipline.
• 5+ years in specialty (CTOR, Transplant, Fetal) preferred.
• Maintains required certifications as part of ongoing competency.

Responsibilities

• Patient care with safety emphasis in all procedures.
• Leadership role: mentor staff and participate in safety huddles.
• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
