Job summary

Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Operating Room team. In this role, you will support surgical procedures, maintain sterile techniques, and collaborate with skilled surgeons and nurses.

This opportunity is open to both experienced Surgical Technologists and recent graduates eager to start their careers. We offer competitive pay ranging from $32.38 to $48.58 per hour, and provide comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous surgical or operating room experience is welcomed but not required.
• Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain after hire).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique throughout operative cases.
• Anticipate surgeon and procedural needs during surgery.
