MetroHealth Medical Center in Ohio is seeking an operating room technician to support OR duties, maintain cleanliness and efficiency, and provide patient care across age groups. You will orient staff to equipment and procedures and serve as a role model to teammates and students, upholding the system's mission and service standards.

The role requires CST certification, high school education, and BLS, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse patient populations and colleagues.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program required.
• Current CST certification from NBSTSA required.
• BLS certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Performs various duties in the operating room.
• Maintains cleanliness and efficiency of operating room services.
• Performs limited neonate through geriatric patient care services.
• Orients employees to equipment and procedures.
• Serves as a role model to other OR technicians and students.
