Job summary

SCA Health in Lakeville, MN is actively hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support sterile technique and patient safety in the operating room. The CST will scrub on procedures, prepare instruments for sterilization, and help clean and reset the room for the next case.

Prior CST experience and BLS are preferred, with a current CST certification ideal. The role emphasizes clinical quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement within a large network of ambulatory centers.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) requirements include education and certification.
• Experience as a Surgical Technologist is preferred.
• Current CST certification preferred.
• BLS certification within 90 days or current.

Responsibilities

• Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures.
• Clean and prepare surgical instruments for processing and transport them to decontamination areas.
• Assist with post procedure cleaning of the operative room and preparation of room for subsequent patients.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Graduate of Surgical Technologist Program
