Qualifications

• Graduate from a certified surgical technologist program.
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist required within 6 months of employment.
• Ability to maintain sterile field during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares surgical instruments and supplies for procedures.
• Maintains a sterile field and assists surgeons as needed.
• Anticipates surgeon needs based on procedure and anatomy knowledge.
• On-call required; must be within 45 minutes of the hospital.
