Job summary

Ardent Health Services is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for a day shift, full-time role in Claremore, OK. You will prepare the operating room, support the surgeon, and ensure sterile technique under RN supervision.

• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room with necessary instruments, equipment, and supplies for surgical procedures.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and work closely with the circulating nurse.
• Terminally clean the operating room after each procedure and restock supplies.
• Under the direction of a registered nurse, carry out all scrub duties as outlined in the department procedure manual.
• Create and maintain a sterile field and provide instruments to the surgeon.
