Job summary

Talented-Medical-Solutions is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to support the Labor & Delivery and Women’s Intermediate Surgical Services ORs. The ideal candidate has strong OR experience and maintains patient safety and sterile technique in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include CST certification, BLS, 2–5 years L&D/WIS OR experience, willingness to take one call shift per week (every 4 weeks), and availability on every other weekend.

The ideal candidate will have strong OR experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of patient safety and sterile technique.

Requirements:

2–5 years of L&D/WIS OR experience required.

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.

BLS certification required.

Must be willing to take 1 call shift per week every 4 weeks.

Every other weekend requirement.

Must be flexible to float to BFC WIS if needed.

Strong knowledge of sterile technique, surgical procedures, instrumentation, and OR safety practices.
