Endeavor Health in Elmhurst, IL is seeking a Surgical Technologist Certified to join our operating room team on a per diem basis. The role supports the surgical team before, during, and after procedures, focusing on patient safety and aseptic technique.

Nights, 7 pm to 7:30 am, are required. Qualified candidates will be graduates of an accredited Certified Surgical Technician program, possess current CPR certification from the American Heart Association, and hold national certification from the

Hourly Pay Range:

$25.36 - $38.04 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Per Diem Commitment Level: Per Diem Level 2: 73-110 hours per 6 weeks
• Hours: Nights, 7 pm - 7:30 am

What you will do:

• Under general supervision, acts as a surgical scrub person by performing any combination of tasks before, during and after surgery to assist the surgical team.

What you will need:

• Education: Must be a graduate from an accredited Certified Surgical Technician program or equivalent
• Certification: Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association
• National certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists is required. If applicant does not possess certification at time of hire, must obtain it within 18 months of hire date.
