The Surgical Technologist is an allied health professional working alongside surgeons and healthcare practitioners to facilitate surgical procedures. Responsibilities include handling instruments, supplies, and equipment, and applying sterile and aseptic techniques, combined with knowledge of human anatomy and surgical procedures to support invasive diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
Radiology / Cath Lab: 6 months angiography experience preferred, with familiarity in PTA, PTCA, laser procedures, and intra-aortic balloon pump.
INTEGRIS Health Grove Hospital: Responsible for instrument sterilization, decontamination, and documentation per hospital and regulatory standards. Annual training in high-level disinfectant procedures is required.
