THOM Thomas Hospitals seeks an experienced scrub to provide intraoperative care, assisting the surgical team and maintaining a sterile field. Duties include passing instruments, preparing supplies, and coordinating with the circulating RN throughout procedures.
Qualified candidates will have LPN licensure with scrub experience or a Surgical Technology Program with certification, plus BLS within 30 days of hire. This role requires adherence to OR protocols in a fast-paced environment.
Provides intraoperative care to patients by functioning as the scrub person assisting the surgical team during an operative procedure.
