Job Overview

The Surgical Technologist at Baroness Hospital in Chattanooga, TN, is a full-time, night-shift position with a sign-on bonus available. This role involves working as a scrub technologist under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, contributing to the surgical team by preparing the operating room and assisting during surgeries.

Qualifications

1. Education:
   • High School diploma or equivalent required.
   • Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited surgical technology program, military training, or passing the surgical technologists LCC-ST certifying exam.
   • Additional employment criteria as per Tennessee law for those with prior experience.
2. Certifications:

   • Preferred: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).

Job Responsibilities
