United Surgical Partners International (USPI) Cypress Endoscopy Center in Houston is seeking a Surgical Technologist. The role involves scrubbing for surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile field, and assisting a busy surgical team.

The candidate will prepare supplies, instruments, and equipment and participate in center-wide quality improvement initiatives. A successful candidate demonstrates strong knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic techniques, and teamwork, with the ability to adapt

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; completion of Surgical Technician Program or equivalent experience
• Certification as required by state and/or center
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions
• Strong teamwork and communication to collaborate with staff, engage with patients, and coordinate with physicians
