Landmark Surgery Center is seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will scrub for procedures and maintain sterile technique, while delivering high-quality patient care in a busy ambulatory setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an approved surgical technician program required.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication with staff, patients and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and participates as a member of the surgical team.
• Prepares and maintains surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment.
• Supports the center's philosophy and quality-improvement activities.
