Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Senior Surgical Technologist Faculty to deliver didactic, clinical and lab instruction. Schedule includes four teaching days on campus and one remote day, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, NBSTSA certification, and at least two years of surgical technology experience, plus strong communication and teaching aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide didactic, clinical and lab instruction.

Requirements

• A minimum of an earned bachelor’s degree.
• Be a graduate of an education program in surgical technology accredited by a nationally recognized programmatic accreditation agency.
• Possess a credential in the field of surgical technology through a national certification program that is accredited by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA).
• Have a minimum total of two years of experience, either in the operating room scrub role as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both, within the past five years.
• Strong communication and technology skills
• Prior teaching experience preferred
