Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking a Surgical Technologist for the Inpatient Surgery Department. We are looking for a dedicated team member with outstanding clinical skills, capable of multitasking, staying organized, and delivering excellent care in an efficient and compassionate manner.

Our Inpatient Surgery features a 17-suite OR including Orthopedics, Neuro, Spine, Bariatric, GYN, Robotic, Vascular, Endovascular, Urology, Plastics, and General cases. We perform a combination of inpatient and outpatient procedures, mainly on an adult population, with approximately 850 procedures monthly. Our specialty team-based practice ensures consistent, knowledgeable, and experienced staff to meet our patients’ needs. The Surgical Tech will be responsible for setting up sterile supplies and assisting surgeons.

• 0.9 FTE / 36 hours per week / 12-hour shifts

Qualifications for Surgical Technologist

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or completed military/hospital-based training
• Surgical Technologist licensure in Washington State
• NBSTSA certification (preferred)
• CPR Certification (Healthcare provider)
• 1-2 years OR experience (preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Qualifications for Certified Surgical Technologist

• Same as above, with at least 1 year OR experience required
