Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking a Surgical Technologist for the Inpatient Surgery Department. We are looking for a dedicated team member with outstanding clinical skills, who can multitask, stay organized, and deliver excellent care in an efficient and compassionate manner.

Our Inpatient Surgery features a 17-suite OR, including Orthopedics, Neuro, Spine, Bariatric, GYN, Robotic, Vascular, Endovascular, Urology, Plastics, and General cases. Procedures are mainly adult inpatient and outpatient surgeries, with approximately 850 procedures monthly. Our specialty team-based practice ensures consistent, knowledgeable, and experienced staff to meet our patients' needs.

The Surgical Tech will be responsible for setting up sterile supplies and assisting surgeons.

0.7 FTE / 28 hours per week

Qualifications for Surgical Technologist

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or completed a formal military or hospital-based training program.
• Surgical Technologist licensure in the State of Washington is required.
• Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) is preferred.
• Healthcare provider CPR Certification is required.
• One to two years of OR experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.

Qualifications for Certified Surgical Technologist

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or completed a formal military or hospital-based training program.
• Surgical Technologist licensure in Washington is required.
• Certification by NBSTSA is required.
• Healthcare provider CPR Certification is required.
• One year of OR experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
