Domnovate is seeking a skilled surgical technologist for an ambulatory-surgery assignment in San Rafael, CA. This role centers on preparing sterile supplies and equipment, supporting the surgical team, and ensuring safe patient preparation, positioning and room turnover.

The position is an 8-week W-2 contract with guaranteed 24 hours per week, with no weekends, holidays or call, and a proposed start around late October 2026. Travel reimbursements may apply under Domnovate's policy.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED and completion of an approved surgical technologist program.
• Minimum five years of relevant ambulatory surgical scrub experience.
• Ophthalmology experience and current BLS certification.
• CST certification is preferred.
• Strong sterile-technique and instrument-preparation; effective surgical-team communication.

Total Compensation: $34.26–$36.53/hour*

Put your surgical skills at the center of a coordinated operating-room team. Prepare sterile supplies and equipment, anticipate the needs of the surgical team and support safe patient preparation, positioning and room turnover. This ambulatory-surgery assignment offers focused procedural work, including ophthalmology, without scheduled weekends, holidays or call.

• Variable start and finish times; no weekends, holidays or call.
• 24 guaranteed hours per week. The hourly-equivalent compensation estimate uses a 40-hour planning week.
• Proposed start: October 28, 2026, pending facility confirmation.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED and graduation from an approved surgical technologist program.
• At least five years of relevant experience, including ambulatory surgical scrub experience.
• Ophthalmology skills and current BLS.
• CST certification is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

Taxable W-2 hourly pay: $25.00–$27.27.
