Job summary

Gifford is seeking a Surgical Technologist to work in our Randolph, VT location. This role involves maintaining a sterile environment and assisting surgeons during procedures. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the sterile field.

The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a team. This is a modified Baylor role with a schedule of Monday to Thursday, with mandatory rotating call.

Gifford is seeking a Surgical Technologist to work in our Randolph, VT location. This position involves maintaining the integrity of the sterile environment under the direction of the Surgical Services Providers. The Surgical Technologist will also assist surgeons during surgical and endoscopic procedures, helping to execute the surgery as efficiently and smoothly as possible. The Surgical Technologist will prepare, set up and maintain the sterile field in the operating rooms.

Strong time management/organization skills, ability to multi-task and communicate effectively on a small team in a professional manner are fundamental to the role.

This position is a modified Baylor role that requires working Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm with mandatory rotating call to cover weeknights, Fridays, holidays and weekends.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program and surgical technologist certification preferred
• BLS Certification
• Surgical Technologist experience required
