You will prepare operating rooms for surgical cases, ensure instruments are sterilized and readily available, anticipate the surgeon and team needs during procedures, and assist with advanced cases while maintaining readiness and proficiency. Candidates should be proficient in surgical instrumentation, have strong attention to counts, documentation, and safety, and be able to work
