Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist II to support complex procedures in the operating room, preparing and maintaining sterile fields, and ensuring safe, efficient patient care. The role involves managing instruments, anticipating surgeon needs, and coordinating workflow with the surgical team.

Ideal candidates will have certification as a Surgical Technologist, strong aseptic technique, and experience mentoring others in a fast-paced OR environment.
