Qualifications

• BLS certification required or willingness to obtain within one month.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare, organize, and maintain surgical instruments, supplies, and sterile fields for cardiovascular procedures
• Anticipate surgeon and team needs during all stages of surgery
• Ensure all instruments and equipment are functioning and accounted for
• Maintain strict sterile technique and procedural compliance
• Track and document medications, instruments, sponges, and sharps accurately
• Participate in staff training and assist with onboarding of new surgical team members
• Uphold high standards for patient safety, surgical accuracy, and OR efficiency
• Full-time positions available on bothdayandafternoonshifts
• Includeson-call responsibilitieson a rotating basis (weeknights and weekends)

What You Bring

• Completion of aCAAHEP-accreditedor military surgical technology program
• Certificationpreferred(CST or TS-C) or eligibility to test within 1 month of hire

• Operating Room competency required; ability to scrub basic surgical procedures
• Manual dexterity and familiarity with surgical instruments and equipment
