Rosaires Care in Connecticut is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for on-site support in complex procedures. You will prepare sterile fields, position equipment, and maintain aseptic technique throughout operative cases to support surgeons and the patient.

Collaborating with surgeons, nurses, anesthesia, and physicians, you will manage instruments and supplies, uphold infection control standards, and contribute to a safe, efficient surgical workflow and ongoing quality improvement.

Role:

Certified Surgical Technologist (On-site) Assist in complex surgical procedures by preparing and maintaining sterile fields, ensuring instruments and equipment are correctly set up, and supporting surgeons throughout operative cases.
