Job summary

Rosaires Care is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to support ambulatory surgeries. The role focuses on preparing and maintaining the operating room and ensuring readiness for sterile procedures.

You will work under RN direction, assemble instruments, maintain sterility, assist with the operative field, and help with patient positioning and OR turnover. Collaborative perioperative teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist credential is required.
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instruments/supplies.
• Ability to assist during procedures with attention to patient safety.
• Competence in OR setup, turnover, and basic clinical documentation.
• Effective teamwork and communication with perioperative staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for ambulatory surgery under the direction of an RN.
• Select, assemble, and organize required instruments and supplies.
• Maintain sterile technique throughout the procedure.
