Hours: Full Time (40 Hours Weekly) - Variable Shift
Residency: Graduates hired directly from a Surgical Technology Program without work experience will complete an onboarding process lasting at least 6 months.
Works with surgeons, anesthesiologists, RNs, and other surgical personnel during procedures. Responsible for handling instruments, supplies, and equipment, anticipating the surgeon's needs, and maintaining a sterile environment, with increasing responsibility during residency.
