Up to $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible full-time external hires meeting the required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Hours: Full Time (40 Hours Weekly) - Variable Shift

Residency: Graduates hired directly from a Surgical Technology Program without work experience will complete an onboarding process lasting at least 6 months.

Works with surgeons, anesthesiologists, RNs, and other surgical personnel during procedures. Responsible for handling instruments, supplies, and equipment, anticipating the surgeon's needs, and maintaining a sterile environment, with increasing responsibility during residency.

Required qualifications:

• Completion of a Surgical Technology program accredited by CAAHEP or ABHES, or graduation from a Surgical Technology Military Training program.
• Within 30 days of hire, obtain National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
