Azspineandjoint in Merritt Island, FL is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support operating room teams under supervision of surgeons and RNs. Candidates should have CST program graduate status, CPR certification, and 2+ years of CST experience; sterile processing experience is a plus.
The role involves preparing equipment and the OR, assisting in pre-op procedures, ensuring patient safety, and supporting the surgical team during operations.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
Surgical technologists, also called scrubs and surgical or operating room technicians, assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, or other surgical personnel. Surgical technologists are members of operating room teams, which most commonly include surgeons, anesthesiologists, and circulating nurses.
