Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Clovis, NM is seeking a Surgical Technician to support our surgical team in delivering safe, efficient patient care. You will assist with procedures, maintain a sterile field, and ensure equipment is ready for surgery.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED REQUIRED.
• Scrub various basic surgical procedures: general, OB/GYN, urology, gastroenterology.
• Current BLS required.
• Previous experience with sterile supplies and/or instruments preferred.
• Familiarity with surgical instruments and equipment; sterile/aseptic technique.
• Must live 30 minutes or less from the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Support surgical team to ensure safe, efficient patient care.
• Assist with Endo, Urology, Cath and C-Sections.
• Maintain sterile field and prepare equipment for procedures.
• Adapt to schedule: 6:30am–3:15pm, with weekend/holiday call.
