Responsibilities include room turnover, instrument handling, specimen labeling, maintaining sterile fields, and mentoring students as a preceptor. This is a full-time position with day shifts and a focus on patient safety and efficient OR operations.

Responsibilities

• Assists with room turnovers per procedure and standards.
• Supports surgeons at the surgical field during cases.
• Prepares OR and organizes sterile instruments and equipment.
• Cares for instrumentation to prevent damage.
• Reviews patient and procedure requirements to plan setup.
• Maintains communication with the procedural team.
• Precepts students and orients on Surgical Technician duties.
