Qualifications

• Completed a nationally or regionally accredited educational program for surgical technologists.
• Maintains a certified surgical technologist credential or recognized alternative approved by the Department of Health and Senior Services or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating room for surgical cases.
• Maintain aseptic technique intraoperatively.
• Provide instrumentation and supplies as required.
• Work closely with nurses and doctors during cases.
