Job summary

Auburn Community Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technologist to provide technical and clinical support to the perioperative team during various surgical procedures, including endoscopy.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate from an approved program in Surgical Technology, with certification upon hire and current BLS. You will handle instrumentation and anticipate the needs of the surgeon.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved medically based and/or certificate program in Surgical Technology.
• Certification upon hire required.
• Current BLS required.
• Demonstrates manual dexterity and ability to lift and handle equipment and instruments.
• Requires ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, twist, squat, and reach.
