Job summary

Executive Park Surgery Center in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Surgical Technician to support the operating room team. You will assist with daily OR operations, help nurses and physicians, and ensure adherence to standards and deliver high-quality patient care.

This is a fast-paced, team-centered role with a Monday–Friday 6:30am-3pm schedule; no weekends, holidays, or on-call. Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, current BLS, and surgical tech certification or equivalent training; OR

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• Surgical technician certification or proof of equivalent training is required.
• OR experience preferred; two years of hospital main OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and daily function of the operating room according to standards and policies.
• Assist nurses and physicians in delivering high-quality patient care.

Position Summary:

Assists in the organization and daily function of the operating room in accordance with established federal, state and accreditation standards and facility policies and procedures. Assists the nurses and physicians in delivering the highest standard of patient care available.

Hours are Monday-Friday 630am-3pm. No weekend, Holidays or call.

We are very fast paced surgery center. We are looking for a team centered Surgical Technician to join our team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education/Experience/Licenses/Certificates/Eligibility: High School diploma or GED. Operating room experience preferred. Two (2) years of hospital main operating room experience preferred. Current BLS certification required. Certification as a surgical technician or proof of equivalent training.
