Job summary

Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery in Winter Park, FL is seeking a certified Surgical Technician to join our patient-focused team. You will support physicians, maintain records, and help manage pre-authorizations and schedules for dermatology procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of dermatology experience, current CPR, and a solid working knowledge of sterile technique and medical terminology.

Qualifications

• MUST BE A CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECHNICIAN with dermatology experience.
• Current CPR certification and knowledge of vital signs.
• Willingness to travel to up to 8 locations; mileage is included.

Duties include:

• Assisting physician in providing quality care to patients
• Maintain patients' medical records
• Review medical history

Requirements include:

• MUST BE A CERTIFIED SURGICAL TECH
• At least one year of Dermatology experience
• Surgical Experience REQUIRED
• Cosmetic and Plastic Surgical Experience PREFERRED
• Current CPR certification
• Knowledge of vital signs is required
• Working knowledge of dermatologic surgery and sterile technique
• Must have knowledge of medical terminology and be computer literate
• Must be a team player and dedicated to patient care
• Must be available to travel up to 8 locations with the Provider, mileage is included!
