Job summary

Hudson Hospital & Clinic seeks a Surgical Technician to join our team in Hudson, WI. You will scrub on a variety of surgical cases and maintain asepsis, while assisting the circulating nurse with patient care. On-call duties include sterile/instrument processing.

The position is a 0.8 FTE day/evening shift, non-union, eligible for benefits, with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of surgical technology.
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification required.
• One year OR experience preferred.
• Surgical Technician Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrub on a variety of surgical cases and maintain asepsis.
• Assist the circulating nurse with patient care.
• On call, assist in sterile processing and instrument processing.
