Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center is seeking a Surgical Technician II to join our perioperative team. You will understand procedures, ensure instruments and supplies are ready, and support the surgeon during cases in a fast-paced OR environment.

We value collaboration, reliability, and initiative. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a surgical technology program, and at least 1 year of prior experience as a surgical technologist.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of Surgical Technologist program, military trained, or AD in Surgical Technology preferred.
• Complies with Texas House Bill #643.
• 1 year or more prior experience and must have worked as a Surgical Technologist prior to 09/01/2009 (if not a graduate of a Surgical Technology Program)
