Job summary
Providence Health & Services is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist to maintain sterile technique and assist the surgical team in the operating room. Under RN Circulator supervision, you will pass instruments, sutures, and sponges during procedures and support circulating duties.
This role comes with a $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible candidates and a comprehensive benefits package beginning on day one.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technology or Armed Services Surgical Technology program.
- National Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting upon hire Or
- National Tech in Surgery - Certified - National Center for Competency Testing upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
Responsibilities
- Maintains the sterile field in the operating room under RN Circulator supervision.
- Passes instruments, sutures, and sponges during surgery with aseptic technique.
- Assists the registered nurse with circulating duties and supports the surgical team.
