Trinity Health is seeking a student Surgical Technologist for MercyOne in Davenport, IA, to prepare the operating room for cases, instrument procedures, and assist the surgical team during operations. This is a part-time, non-working student position with future full-time post-completion expectations.
Enrollment in a Surgical Technologist program and being within 6 months of graduation are required; Day1 benefits eligibility and competitive compensation accompany the role.

This is a non-working position available to student currently enrolled in a Surgical Tech program. Will agree to work for MercyOne at least 18-months as a full-time Surgical Tech (CST) post completion of their Surgical Tech program.
The surgical technologist, using the principles of medical asepsis, prepares the operating room for surgical cases of all specialties and instruments the surgical procedures anticipating the needs of the surgeon. The surgical technologist provides care within the MercyOne North Iowa Standards of Care, AORN Standards of Care and Practice and the Operating Room Policies and Procedures.
