Qualifications

• Lead in the OR with focus on patient safety and high-quality care.
• Mentor and guide surgical technologists in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to AORN/AST standards and hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and scrub for assigned procedures per standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
• Operate sterilization and patient-care equipment per training.
• Promote hospital processes and communicate issues up the chain.
• Assist with surgeon preference cards, case carts, stocking and inventory.
• Drive quality improvements and personal career development.
• Support teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
