Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is hiring an OR Tech – CST/First Assistant in Parker, AZ. This contracting position requires a certified first assist/surgical tech with BLS certification. Candidates should have experience in general, podiatry, and orthopedic surgeries and will be expected to assist during operations as well as perform surgical technician duties.

The role demands effective communication and the ability to maintain a sterile environment. A minimum of two years experience is required. The position is in-office, Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3 pm, and on-call for weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires certification as a Surgical Technician/First Assist.
• Minimum of two years of surgical technician experience.

Responsibilities

• Functions as surgical first assistant during operations.
• Performs duties of a surgical technician as needed.
• Follows procedures for sterilization and instrument care.
