Qualifications

Education
- Technical Program Certified Surgical First Assistant (CFSA) or Surgical Technologist Program (CST)
Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Certified Surgical First Assistant (CFSA) Certification through Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP)
- Certified Surgical First Assistant (CFSA) Certification through Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES)
Work Experience
- Two (2) years surgical technician experience
