Qualifications

• Experience assisting in surgical settings with focus on patient safety.
• Ability to organize and stock operating rooms for procedures.
• Understanding of sterile techniques and room turnover processes.

Responsibilities

• Organize and stock the operating room with instruments, supplies, and equipment for each procedure.
• Assist with patient care before, during, and after surgery including transport and positioning.
• Support the surgical team by passing instruments and assisting with counts.
• Maintain a clean, sterile environment through turnover and infection control practices.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members while protecting privacy.
