Job summary

AdventHealth in Parker, Colorado seeks a qualified Surgical Tech to support the operating room. You will anticipate surgeon needs, assemble supplies and ensure aseptic technique while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Requirements include a Surgical Technology program, CST certification, BLS, and at least 2 years of CST OR experience. A 10K sign-on bonus is offered for new hires, with full-time daytime shifts and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved Surgical Technology program.
• Minimum 2 years CST OR experience.
• BLS, CST, and NTSC certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Anticipates surgeon needs and informs circulating nurse during procedures.
• Assembles supplies, equipment, and medications before procedures.
• Maintains aseptic technique and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Supervises team members and supports orientation and training.
• Ensures safe environment and proper infection control practices.
