Qualifications

• CST credential required.
• 3+ years of experience working as a Surgical Technologist.
• Associates Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Directs overall goals and objectives for practicum experiences based on student outcome objectives.
• Assists the student in applying theory to practice.
• Evaluates the student’s learning objectives and progress.
• Facilitates student development and improvement of performance.
• Uses teaching methods to meet learning objectives and creates a collaborative learning environment.
• Maintains campus compliance with applicable policies and schedules.
• Gathers data, prepares reports, and meets deadlines.
