Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED plus short-term OR training or surgical technician certification.
• 2+ years experience in hospital or outpatient OR preferred.
• Familiarity with surgical instruments, sterile technique, and emergency readiness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide instruments and equipment during procedures in the OR.
• Assist surgeons and ensure a safe, organized operating room for patient safety.
• Maintain sterile field, perform instrument counts, and prepare supplies before procedures.
