Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks a per diem registered nurse for on-site care at our Boston location. You will interpret care plans, assess patient decisions, ensure safe, competent nursing, provide individualized care, and evaluate nursing care for groups of patients.

The role requires an active MA RN license, 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience, and strong communication to coordinate with the healthcare team. Onsite Day shift; base pay reflects hourly rate with benefits as applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• 0-1 year of clinical nursing experience required.
• Ability to document and communicate clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
