United Health Services is seeking a Staff Nurse - Surgical Step Down to join our department at Wilson Tower in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible.
Shift: All Shifts
Hours per week: 40
Salary range: $37.45 - $59.38 per hour, depending on experience.
Overview: 12 Hour shifts (2 or 3 times a week) available! Days and Nights!!

The Surgical Step Down unit is a small, collaborative environment monitoring patients coming out of the operating room. Each nurse cares for 3 patients at max. This unit works with a handful of Physicians at once.
