Job summary

Sanford Health in Marshfield, WI is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for Marsh Med Ctr. Full-time, 36 hours weekly. Starting rates range from $35.00 to $48.00 per hour, with a $25,000 sign-on bonus. Eligible benefits support health, dental, vision, life insurance and retirement planning.

The RN would provide compassionate, high-quality care, collaborate with physicians, and support patients across preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services. A BSN is preferred and licensure must be current.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; RN license in the state or multistate licensure.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions.
• Collaborates with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Empathetically cares for patients through preventive services, maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
