Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
• Current unencumbered RN license in the State or multi-state licensure.
• Obtains and maintains required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Care for patients across preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up.
• Demonstrate competency and employ nursing expertise.
