Job summary

Tennova Healthcare- Turkey Creek Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care through the nursing process, coordinating with physicians and the care team to deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

This role covers diverse units including critical care, emergency services, OR, cardiothoracic, obstetrics, NICU and more, requiring strong clinical judgment, compassionate communication, and adherence to safety and infection-control protocols.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Tennessee or compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, NRP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Documents assessments and reports changes to care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors effects.
• Supports emergency response and code team activities.
• Assists in procedures across units including ICU, OR, and ED.
• Educates patients and families on care plans and post-discharge care.
• Adheres to infection control and safety protocols.
