Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Nursing Director of Surgical Services at Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital to provide direction and administration of inpatient and outpatient Surgical and Endoscopy Services across multiple sites.

The role ensures compliance with hospital and regulatory standards, revises department standards, and develops and implements programs to meet service needs and improve quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or related field.
• Current RN license in Michigan.
• Approximately five to seven years progressively more responsible nursing experience, with at least two years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and administration of inpatient and outpatient Surgical and Endoscopy Services across multiple sites.
• Regularly review and revise department standards and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory agency standards.
• Develop and implement programs within department to meet needs and improve quality and safety.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team to optimize operations, staffing, and budgets for efficient service delivery.
